Mike's attention to detail cannot be overstated. He spent the time and effort to get to know my wife and I and always was prepared for anything that could come up. He knew what we were looking for, helped us find it, and then stayed involved and on top of things during the closing process. Mike made the process easier and because he was so alert and on top of things he saved us headaches by addressing potential issues ahead of time. A great example of this would be how he handed the keys to the house. It is expected the seller would provide keys at closing, but Mike didn't take that for granted. Mike went to the house and made sure he had a key before closing. Sure enough the seller didn't provide keys at closing but Mike was already prepared and had keys for us.

My husband and I decided to move from our Farm house into a small home preferably in Reedsville. This was a huge task as i had things that I had to have in our new home. However, when the time came for us to put our home on the market and start looking for our new home, it was a no brainer to call Mike and start the process. He did not disappoint. For the next 30 days Mike was in constant communication with us regarding all the things that had to happen prior to the closings.
